Tayo Arowojolu, known as PTA, is the Principal Solicitor at Winside & Freeman Solicitors, a boutique London law firm. With 32 years of experience in both UK and Nigerian law, Tayo specializes in corporate governance, GDPR compliance, and advocacy. He holds an LLB, a BL, and an LLM from University College London (UCL). Called to the English Bar in 1993 and admitted as a Solicitor in 1998, Tayo was awarded “Best Lawyer” in 2002.

As a certified EU GDPR Practitioner, he advises on data protection, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance for Local Government Authorities and various organizations.
